Huayi Automotive operates state-of-the-art precision casting, grinding, and assembly facilities in Zhejiang, China.
World-Class Production Facilities
Our manufacturing site spans over 85,000 square meters, utilizing fully automated machinery sourced from leading German and Japanese equipment builders. By integrating robotic loading Arms and multi-axis CNC machines, we ensure micron-level tolerances on all bearing hubs and brake disc rotors.
Our vacuum casting shop employs specialized melt purification techniques, reducing slag inclusions to zero. We run continuous chemical spectroscopy checks on every melt batch to guarantee optimal carbon-graphite structure in our grey irons and high-carbon steel materials.
