1. Global Export Compliance
Huayi Automotive operates under strict international export regulations. We conform to international dual-use goods tracking, screening all wholesale procurement orders against OFAC, European Union, and Chinese trade restriction lists.
Wholesale buyers are required to submit End-User Certificates (EUC) for custom OEM castings or systems that require export authorization certificates from Chinese trade authorities.
2. Materials & REACH Declarations
We maintain full compliance with European Union REACH guidelines and RoHs directives. All brake friction composite pads are strictly 100% copper-free and lead-free, ensuring environmental compatibility at global disposal standards.
Material test sheets (MDS / IMDS data entries) are submitted to partners automatically upon product verification testing. Our IMDS registration ID is IMDS-88209.
3. Privacy & GDPR Compliance
We protect the private information of procurement managers, sales representatives, and website visitors. Contact details submitted through inquiry forms are stored securely in our database and are not shared with third-party logistics agents without permission.

4. General Terms of Wholesale Sales
All wholesale transactions are governed by standard Incoterms 2020 (typically FOB Shanghai or CIF Destination Port). Warranty on bearings is 2 years or 60,000 KM. Custom parts are subject to signed Quality Agreements before final production.
